    Territory Sales Manager for Automotive Refinish Market (Chicago, IL)

    Sunmight USA is the sales company of Sun Abrasives Co. Ltd.

    We offer high quality coated abrasive products and service to customers in United States, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central and South America.

    Sunmight USA is based in La Mirada, California with a 35,000 square foot warehouse. Our warehouse is fully stocked with jumbo rolls and a variety of finished abrasive products.

    Sunmight USA Corporation is looking for an experienced Territory Sales Manager for automotive refinish market to contribute to our company's sales objectives.

    Your responsibilities include developing new direct sales and building long-term client relationships.

    As a Territory Sales Manager for automotive refinish market, you should use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth.

    Communication and team management skills are also essential for this position.
    Ultimately, you should aspire to develop and maintain successful relationships with large, distributed customers.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop new potential customers and new market opportunities
    • Manage and maintain professional relationships with key personnel in assigned large accounts
    • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
    • Develop and implement effective direct sales strategies
    • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
    • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs
    • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
    • Stay up-to-date with new product launches
    Requirements

    • Previous work experience at coated abrasives company
    (3M, St. Gobain, Mirka, Indasa, etc.)

    • Proven work experience as Sales Manager in automotive refinish market
