We are searching for a Temporary Assistant Director of Front Office to join our team at Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines. The ideal candidate should possess at least two years of front office management experience and OnQ proficiency.The role involves assisting in the direction and administration of all Front Office operations, including guest service and registration, room inventory and availability, marketing initiatives, systems use and management, budgeting and forecasting, department management policy implementation enforcement meeting participation facilitation monitoring developing team member performance providing supervision professional development scheduling conducting counseling evaluations delivering recognition reward overseeing VIP process reviewing reservations administering amenity orders managing resumes updating inventory monitoring special requests rate changes on in-house guests initiating implementing marketing up-selling techniques promoting hotel services facilities maximizing room occupancy revenue ensuring team members have current knowledge hotel products services facilities events pricing policies knowledge local area events running completing daily reports analyzing data making decisions based data resolving guest issues concerns maintaining high level customer satisfaction recruiting interviewing training team members demonstrating values hospitality integrity leadership teamwork ownership urgency discipline quality productivity dependability customer focus adaptability working for hilton provides exceptional guest experiences worldwide every day.
