Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Hospital
• Shift Name: Days
• Schedule: Nontraditional schedule of Friday through Monday work week
• Hours: 10 hours on Friday, 8 hours on Saturday, 8 hours on Sunday, and 10 hours on Monday for a total of 36 hours/week
