Senior Process Engineer

In deze rol werk je samen met collega's, een team bestaande uit Proces Engineers, Mechanical Engineers en E&I Engineers. Gezamenlijk definieer je projecten en optimaliseer je bestaande installaties. Verder ben je ook met werkzaamheden bezig op de afdeling SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment Quality) om veiligheidsvraagstukken te definiëren en te implementeren op de werkvloer. In deze afwisselende functie binnen de SHEQ afdeling ligt je focus op proces safety en ga je je vooral bezighouden met veiligheidsstudies, Hazops en MOC's.
Wat ga je doen?
Engineering:
Je beheert zowel lange als korte termijn projecten, stuurt projectleden aan en zorgt ervoor dat het project wordt gerealiseerd binnen de overeengekomen doelstellingen op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit, tijd en budget;
Je leidt het volledige engineeringstraject, van idee en mogelijke oplossingsrichtingen tot het vinden van partners en technische leveranciers, het regelen van vergunningen en de implementatie;
Je zorgt ervoor dat de budgetten, specificaties en planningen zijn opgesteld en bewaakt.
Safety:
Je identificeert gevaren en beoordeelt risico's (uitvoeren/begeleiden van veiligheidsstudies, HAZOP's, MOC's, betrouwbaarheidsanalyses etc.);
Je bent nauw betrokken bij technische wijzigingen op de plant en werkt daarvoor samen met het engineering team;
Je neemt deel aan incidentenonderzoeken volgens de 5-times Why of Tripod methode.
Jouw profiel
Je bent net afgestudeerd of je hebt minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring binnen dit vakgebied.
Afgeronde HBO opleiding als chemisch technoloog of je bent in het bezit van een HVK diploma.
Kennis van de BRZO regelgeving en proces safety is een pré.
Je kunt goed communiceren aangezien je in contact bent met overheden, engineers, operations en maintenance.
Je bent heel vrij in de indeling van je werk en kunt daardoor goed zelfstandig werken en taken proactief oppakken.
Hoe maken we jou blij?
Salaris tussen €5.118,66 á €6.727,98 bruto per maand op fulltime basis.
Direct een vast contract (2 maanden proeftijd)
Minimaal 24 vakantiedagen. Je kan tot maximaal 20 vakantiedagen bijkopen.
