As an Industrial Control Technician, some of your essential duties and responsibilities may include:

• Analyzing and addressing the root causes of electrical issues in order to repair complicated electrical equipment
• Maintaining microprocessors, PLC, motor drive, operator interface terminals, and robotic systems by making modifications and installing parts as necessary
• Reading and using diagrams, technical manuals, and engineering instructions

You may fit well into this role if you:

• Have a basic knowledge of electronics and electrical theories, including digital circuitry, AC/DC theory, microprocessors, and logic systems
• Can work independently and use judgement to make effective and timely decisions
• Can work as a member of a team and communicate technical information to other personnel
• Are comfortable working on a computer and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
