    Position Summary:
    The Project Manager
    • Capital Programs will provide leadership to the capital management, construction, design, and maintenance of all assigned company facilities.
    This role will support the Director of Construction & Asset Management to ensure project goals for safety, quality, schedule, sustainability and budget are achieved.

    Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
    Develop annual capital and R&M budgetsConduct in-person facility assessments to observe site conditions, ensure routine maintenance on building systems, and evaluate adherence to safety standardsDevise and prioritize a capital improvement plan for the calendar year, in addition to a five-year forecasted capital planMonitor and analyze project operations and financials on an ongoing basis to ensure project milestones and budget are metRecommend cost-saving solutions to ensure efficient use of capitalChampion the project and facility management process for assigned capital expenditure projectsWork with project constituents to define project needs and goalsDevelop scopes of work and requests for proposalsSolicit and evaluate vendor proposalsReview and evaluate project schedule, contract compliance, and quality controlCoordinate project completion and turnover with vendors and operationsAudit process for compliance with procedures and for opportunities for improvementCoordinate Company's Environment, Health, and Safety programs as related to facilities including all Local, State and Federal compliance requirementsOther projects or duties as assigned#J-18808-Ljbffr
