Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and organized marketing professional to support and grow our brand presence across multiple channels.

This role will be responsible for managing our marketing systems, strengthening our online visibility, overseeing lead management processes, and driving outreach campaigns to support both client acquisition and affiliate/partner growth.

Key Responsibilities
Brand & Social Media Management
Develop and execute social media content across platforms
Maintain consistent brand messaging
Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and track performance metrics
Marketing Operations & Systems Management
Manage marketing tools, CRMs, and automation platforms
Organize and optimize lead flow processes
Build and maintain outreach campaigns (email, SMS, internal communications)
Partner & Affiliate Development
Support partner acquisition efforts through online branding activities
Assist in creating recruitment materials, presentations, and outreach funnels
Strengthen relationships with existing partners through consistent communication
Content & Campaign Creation
Write, schedule, and track campaigns for internal and external audiences
Collaborate with leadership on strategy, messaging direction, and branding
Assist in creating digital assets, graphics, and marketing materials

Qualifications
Experience in marketing, social media management, or digital branding
Comfortable with marketing tools (CRM, automation software, content scheduling tools—training available)
Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in financial services or business services industry
Ability to design basic graphics or edit short-form content
Experience with partner recruitment, affiliate management, or outreach funnels
