- Minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living facilities
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in home care
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with car insurance
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including but not limited to grooming, bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Administer medication according to prescribed schedules
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
