Job summary
At Yellowstone Boys & Girls Ranch our Program Therapists are an integral part of the interdisciplinary care team for youth experiencing emotional behavioral and psychiatric challenges.They provide evidence-based interventions to promote the mental health and well-being of the youth on their caseload.
A program therapist conducts assessments and develops treatment plans based on varying diagnoses.
This position involves working with different funding agencies complying with external contract requirements federal state guidelines.
- Provides individual group family therapy therapeutic intervention to youth in school community home settings while maintaining financial viability of program.
- Encourage engage in parent guardian caregiver interactions.
- Crisis intervention.
