Job Summary
The Program Manager is the Contractor's single authorized point of contact responsible for overall performance management service delivery oversight and customer engagement for the operation The Program Manager leads planning execution quality control risk management and continuous improvement for AV event support operations ensuring alignment to customer standards and agreed service levelsResponsibilities
- Serve as the primary interface to the Government for all operational matters including status risks issues corrective actions.
- Provide day-to-day oversight of service delivery staffing workflow execution across device acquisition distribution engineering support functions.
- Develop maintain operating rhythms daily weekly monthly performance reporting action tracking ensure transparent delivery accountability.
