Job summary
This position is responsible for assisting the Patient Care Manager with department operations for the delivery of safe, effective and efficient nursing care in accordance with the Standards of Nursing Care and Practice as defined by Ridgeview Medical Center, the Minnesota Nurse Practice Act and the American Nurses Association Standards of Clinical Nursing Practice.Responsibilities
- Performs RN functions.
- Assists the Patient Care Manager with staff resources including recruiting, selecting hiring orienting qualified individuals collaborating preceptors coordinate unit based orientation preceptor programs assist development unit preceptors.
