Reporting to the Assistant Director, Faculty Practice Group Decision Support Services, you will provide technical leadership and mentorship to the Data Architecture team.

This will involve leading the integration and publishing of current and legacy sources of Medicare Advantage, managed care, clinical, revenue cycle, and other health system data into the Decision Support Data Warehouse and other data containers in support of strategic initiatives and customer use cases.

You will use your technical expertise and deep knowledge of health system data to facilitate and guide the team to use appropriate data and toolsets to build solutions.

You will ensure adherence to technical and data governance standards to ensure data is integrated and harmonized using appropriate master data, metadata, terminology, and standardized code sets.

Salary Range:
$105,200 - $250,600 Annually
