Within our Production team located in Fort Morgan – Leprino is seeking a Whey Production Supervisor to drive our organization to even greater heights in whey processing and production efficiency We take pride in our vision to be "world's best", it is why we work harder, invest more, and continually innovate.

At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $77,000 and $92,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 10%.

You Have (Minimum Qualifications):

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in production supervision or management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
The ability to perform shift work in a 24/7 operational plant (the milk never stops coming).

We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):

Master's degree in a relevant field.
Experience in dairy or food processing industry.
Knowledge of safety and quality regulations.
Proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives.
