We are seeking an individual who thrives as a creative problem solver and will work on identifying, building, and driving scaled and programmatic upsell motions specific to Adobes Content, Workfront, and Commerce product groups.
What You'll DoPartner with the assigned product ecosystem to document, build, and run repeatable upsellmotionsSupervise customer usage trends, distribute data at scale, provide cadenced analysis, and guide sales motions across theorganizationCollaborate with account teams to determine roles and responsibilities for any givendealReport on the total state of the business on a weekly basis, identify gaps and provide direction and analysis toleadershipSupervise upsell pipeline as they progress through salesstagesIdentify areas for new opportunities, and drive pilotprogramsEstablish relationships and trust across the various departments required in an upsell salesmotionProvide tailored talk track and strategy for upsell motions centered around customer usage and contractual language &commitmentsMake recommendations to unlock future upsell using the understanding of product/contractual framework and leverage the entire Adobe ecosystem to affectchangeWhat you need to succeedProven track record in identifying, build, and scale processesFamiliarity with various business systems such as Salesforce, SAP,PowerBI, etc.

geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $99,800 $180,000 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
