    Hood Technician Role

    • This role involves inspecting and lubricating vehicles in a timely and professional manner.
    • The Hood Technician will be responsible for performing multi-point inspections, identifying additional repairs needed, and advising the service team on necessary work.
    • A key aspect of this position is maintaining a clean and organized workspace while ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Complete tasks efficiently to minimize customer wait times.
    • Inspect fluid levels, belts, hoses, and wiper blades.
    • Check tire pressure and maintain a safe working environment.

    Requirements:

    • A valid driver's license and ability to pass a background screen.
    • Prior knowledge of automotive repair is desirable but not essential.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this role.
    • Candidates must be willing to work Saturdays.

    Physical Demands:

    • Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and bending may be required.
    • Moderate physical exertion may be involved, including lifting objects up to lbs.
    • Ability to work at a production pace and handle continuous pushing and pulling of materials.
