    Lead Projects:
    Take ownership of complex automation and electrical control projects—driving design, development, and implementation of advanced equipment systems.

    Innovate:
    Use Rockwell Automation, AutoCAD, and other modern engineering tools to bring machines and systems to life.

    Deliver Results:
    Ensure smooth project handoffs, including training plant personnel, providing documentation, and making sure systems are fully operational.

    Lead & Mentor:
    Guide and develop technicians, contractors, and junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.

    Ensure Excellence:
    Drive compliance with all safety, legal, and regulatory standards while delivering efficient, reliable, and maintainable solutions.

    Improve Continuously:
    Champion process improvement initiatives to optimize engineering performance and support long-term innovation.

    What We're Looking For:

    Strong technical skills with electrical and controls engineering tools (Rockwell Automation suites, AutoCAD, etc.) Proven ability to manage projects and lead cross-functional teams Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), or ability to earn within 18 months Ability to travel up to 25% Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
