    About the role

    As a Quality Technician, your dedication to excellence in quality and compliance becomes the backbone of Reckitt's Nutrition Division. Here, you'll be influencing global health outcomes through meticulous attention to our products and processes.

    Your expertise will not only maintain the highest standards within our supply and distribution chains but also empower our mission to protect, heal, and nurture in the relentless pursuit of a cleaner, healthier world.

    Your responsibilities

    Collect, prepare and analyze Environmental Monitoring Samples. Analyze raw materials, finished products and in-process items. Operate, calibrate and maintain laboratory instrumentation. Applicant should be familiar with conventional and rapid microbiological techniques. Effectively use laboratory automation and information system. Maintain laboratory in compliance with cGMP, Safety and Regulatory requirements.

    Must be able to work in a fast paced laboratory environment using teamwork and interpersonal skills to accomplish goals and provide quick turnaround of test results to support multiple manufacturing operations.

    Perform and effectively communicate data analysis in a timely manner to support issue investigations and improvement initiatives.

    Fill in for team members when necessary to ensure business needs are met which will include weekends, holidays and other hours as required.

    The experience we're looking for

    Bachelor's degree preferred, in a natural science such as Microbiology, Biology or Food Science, etc. Minimum of one year of laboratory experience preferred, preferably in a quality control environment. Excellent administrative and communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to learn to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and independently. Ability to use Microsoft based computer applications.

    Pay Transparency


    The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law.

    In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
