- Operate the following types of equipment and vehicles such as a 41 passenger bus.
- Performs daily inspections and vehicle maintenance checks including pre and post-trip fuel and water tank maintenance and logs daily mileage. Addresses any issues that may arise with the vehicle.
- Performs other duties as required or directed.
- Transportation: Department of Transportation (DOT) Training.
- Logistics:

- High School diploma or GED with prior customer service or administrative experience. Bachelor's degree and higher education experience preferred.
- Must be 21 years or older. Must have a valid Florida Commercial Driver's License (CDL Class B). Have a good driving record (MVR)
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of technology/office equipment and willingness to learn new information systems and software; proficiency in the use of computer applications and MS Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor, practicing strict confidentiality for all sensitive information.
- Promotes and practices the highest standards of personal and professional conduct.
- Attention to detail and adaptability to a changing environment is extremely important as well as dependability.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, LinkedIn Learning, as well as knowledge and understanding of the organizational structure, workflow, and operating procedures. Familiar with Jenzabar technology suite for higher education.
- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours.
