    The Global Portfolio Owner of Sales Planning will be responsible for designing and executing the global commercial headcount model as well as the visualization and reporting of that model. This role, reporting to the Director, Commercial Data & Analytics, directly supports the VP of Global Commercial Operations while leading a team that supports each of the regional VPs of Commercial Sales. We prefer this person to be based in Milwaukee, WI, but we are open to remote for the right candidate.

    How you will do it

    • Collaborate with regional and global sales leaders, commercial operations, and finance teams, while guiding a dedicated team of data analysts
    • Provide a comprehensive data model of various sales metrics, including sales productivity, capacity, pipeline management, sales objectives, attrition, and performance to quota.
    • Design and build data models and effective data visualizations that deliver actionable insights to sales leadership
    • Support global and functional standardization of data delivery and reporting/visualization

    What we look for
    Required

    A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, or Economics, or comparable professional experience.

    At least 2 years of experience in a comparable role, including experience in management.

    Proficiency in Power BI and Snowflake technologies.

    Effective communication skills with both senior business leaders and technical colleagues.

    The capacity to collaborate within a global team setting.
