    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Talent Recruitment Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with rewarding opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Sourcing and Screening Candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates. Screen resumes and applications to assess qualifications and fit for open positions.
    2. Coordinating Interviews: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure all parties involved are informed of interview details and provide necessary materials or information.
    3. Candidate Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Communicate with candidates regarding their application status, interview scheduling, and provide timely updates.
    4. Maintaining Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Enter and maintain candidate information in the ATS, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records. Generate reports and metrics to track recruitment activities and outcomes.
    5. Assisting with Recruitment Events: Support the planning and execution of recruitment events such as job fairs, campus visits, or networking events. Represent the organization professionally and engage with potential candidates.
    6. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and preferences. Provide guidance and support in crafting job descriptions, evaluating candidates, and making hiring decisions.
    7. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on best practices and trends in talent acquisition. Proactively identify areas for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance the recruitment experience for candidates and hiring teams.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
    • Previous internship or work experience in HR, recruiting, or related field is a plus.
