    We are a rapidly growing organization in the Wayne, NJ area. We are seeking to hire a Human Resources Manager/Coordinator w/Payroll processing experience to join our team of progressive professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following responsibilities.

    Summary:

    The Human Resources Manager/Coordinator will support the President (CEO) in overseeing the H.R. Department, and will specifically be responsible for managing several key processes and various general administrative responsibilities, which include but are not limited to payroll administration, benefits programs administration, 401K administration, ACA reporting, EEO1 reporting, special projects, etc.

    Job Responsibilities:

    × Support the new hire and on-boarding process.

    × Assist/handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

    × Assist/conduct employee relations investigations.

    × Responsible for the preparation and processing of biweekly payroll through ADP system for multiple sites (review and ensure accuracy of approved timesheets; process loans, track and deduct all garnishments; and process changes and special payroll deductions.

    × Process new hires and enter information into the ADP system on a timely basis.

    × Facilitate scheduling of background checks and drug screenings.

    × Submit all new hire benefits paperwork to MBL benefits administrator, and on a regular basis update the master benefits spreadsheet for new hires, terminations, and individual changes.

    × Process 401K withholdings and changes and submit to VOYA Financial.

    × Assist Controller with all payrolls, 40lK, and related audit activities.

    × Establish/maintain employee records; ensure that employee changes are entered correctly and made on a timely basis; review changes for proper authorization and adherence to policy including compliance with federal/state/local regulations

    × Manage employee attendance and PTO tracking and reporting

    × Work with Compliance Department on all workplace accidents, and provide earnings information to Workman's Compensation companies

    × Coordinate Annual Benefits Open-Enrollment Process with vendors, schedule employee meetings, and address employee questions and concerns regarding benefits.

    × Work with employees on completion, submission, and processing of disability and leave of absence requests

    × Handle all external requests for employee employment and compensation verifications.

    × Process employee terminations and coordinate removal of access to key systems.

    × Update WageWorks System for COBRA inclusion of terminated employees.

    × Manage annual ACA reporting process.

    × Manage annual EE01 reporting; and assist in the preparation of annual US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Survey

    Job Requirements:

    × Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field

    × 10 years' experience working in an H.R. department with Employee Relations experience

    × 5 plus years processing payroll with ADP system for multiple sites performing all payroll functions

    × ADP Total Source-highly preferred

    × 5 plus years managing benefits programs

    × Excellent Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word skills

    × Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion

    × Excellent problem solving/judgment skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy

    × Strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure

    × Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines

    × Ability to work as an individual and within a team environment.

    × High sense of responsibility and impeccable work ethic.
