    Manufacturing / Production / Electrical

    Manufacturing - Industrial Electrician

    $25.00 per hour to start plus full benefits

    JobGiraffe's client is a manufacturer of machinery for industry.

    As Industrial Electrician, you will:

    • Receive industry-specific training
    • Wire components into machine structures and sub-assemblies
    • Review electrical schematics, work instructions and customer requirements
    • Wire contacts, overloads, switches, power distribution blocks and relays
    • Run high and low power cables
    • Ensure wiring is properly labels
    • Conduct testing on completed machine structures and sub-assemblies
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise
    • Once machine assemblies tested are complete, disassemble machines for shipping
    • Handle special projects
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    An ideal candidate profile will include:

    • Industrial Electrician experience
    • Ability to read electrical schematics
    • The ability to lift up to 50 lbs

    Pluses:

    • +++ Related electrical training and/or certification(s)
    • +++ Machine Building experience
    • +++ PLC experience
