    $5,000 Sign on Bonus*Urology ASC Phoenix-Perimeter is seeking a Rad Tech to join the team


    Job Summary:
    Perform the described duties in the primary work area and demonstrate competency in the following:

    Radiology, outpatient diagnostic Radiology, Fluoroscopy
    File and log in OR x-rays, keep Large and mini-C-Arm logs UTD.
    Report system of radiology findings to physician.
    Strong teamwork skills, utilizing "down time" to perform other assigned tasks, including room turnovers, restocking warmer, specialty carts, etc.


    Required Skills:
    Must be a graduate of an approved School of Radiologic Technology.

    Must have a registry number from the American Registry of Radiologic Technology attesting to completion of all boards required to perform said position.

    Must also have a current license from The State of Arizona/ Board of Physicians verifying individual's authorization to operate x-ray equipment.

    Must stay current with all CME requirements in order to maintain all licenses.
    CPR certification is required.
    1 year minimum C-Arm/X-ray experience preferred. New grad Rad Techs are encouraged to apply
    Ability to travel to other sites as necessary.

    *Sign on bonus paid in 2 installments (1/2 at 90 days and 1/2 at 12 months). Must have 2+ years of Rad Tech experience.
