    Position Summary


    The RN's primary responsibilities are to supervise day-to-day nursing functions, while administering quality nursing care to residents, assessing residents' health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans in conjunction with the Interdisciplinary Team, and evaluating medical resident care. A Nursing Supervisor functions as a Charge Nurse and assists in the direction and supervision of other nursing personnel and helps to promote a positive physical and psychosocial environment among residents and staff.



    Position requirements: Current RN license and excellent working knowledge of Federal Nursing Home Regulations.
