- Formal credit training who has utilized this skill throughout their career
- At minimum 5 years of lending experience
- History managing a diverse C&I loan portfolio of $100MM
- A bachelor's degree, in a business-related field preferred
- Strong ties to the local community

Despite the success we've experienced, we're newer to the Metro Detroit market and hope by posting for this position we'll find a talented Commercial Banker to join our growing team of commercial bankers, credit analysts, treasury management, and governmental bankers in Troy, MI.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
This is a perfect opportunity for someone who has a strong background in relationship banking and a deep understanding of credit. We have a peer driven model, where our lenders are trusted to identify and mitigate credit risk.
We anticipate our sweet spot in this market to be opportunities and credits that are in the $2MM-$20MM range, however, we're open to considering exposures outside of that.
We are looking for someone who is plugged in with the community in the Metro Detroit area and can not only bring in opportunities in that range but can also structure and underwrite.
We're open to candidates across the Metro Detroit area and flexible with working arrangements.
The ideal candidate has lived and worked in Metro Detroit for their entire career and is excited to bring their expertise and relationships to a new opportunity where they're set free to do their best work.
