Trillium is looking for a U.S. Leave and Worker's Compensation Analyst


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responding to questions by providing resources and guidance available related to leave, accommodation and Worker's Compensation programs.
• Assisting Employee Resource Center, HR Business Partners and Legal teams to provide employee benefit support for employee incidents.
• Partnering with Benefits team to provide personal guidance to employees.

Pay Rate:
$35 - $40. If interested, please apply today


REQUIRED:

• Passion for supporting all individuals, particularly those in times of crisis.
• Strong verbal and written communicator.
• Ability to empathetically respond to questions.
• Ability to listen to and understand feedback.

-1-2 years of experience with U.S. employee benefit programs.


PERFERRED:

• Experience working in service of others.
• Desire to listen attentively and understand before moving to conclusions.
• Experience and knowledge of U.

S. Worker's Compensation regulations.

• Creativity in approach to problem solving.
• Confirmed examples of ability to maintain and update electronic and written communications content.
