    **Job Description:**

    **Position Summary:**

    The Audiology Department at Beverly Hospital, a member of Lahey Health, is searching for a per diem Audiologist join our staff. The department sponsors the newborn hearing screening program and offers comprehensive audiological and vestibular assessment and rehabilitation across the lifespan.     The successful candidate will be expected to provide comprehensive audiometric and vestibular patient care and to participate in clinical teaching.

    **Specific Job Duties Include:**

    1. Comprehensive audiometry and tympanometry

    2. Infant diagnostic auditory brainstem evaluation

    3. Comprehensive vestibular assessment

    4. Fitting of conventional hearing aids

    5. participation in the Beverly Hospital Newborn Hearing Screening Program

    **Minimum qualifications:**

    1) A license to practice Audiology in the state of Massachusetts (or the ability to acquire such license within 3 months of starting)

    2) Clinical Certification as an Audiologist with either the American Academy of Audiology or the American Speech Language and Hearing Association.

    **FLSA Status:**
