This person will need to be someone that is passionate about being on the floor and in a hands on type of role.

Other responsibilities include, Research, design, and develop processes to optimize productivity and workflowDetermine the organization and setup of operations Create and develop new procedures and processes Examine existing processes by collecting data for analysis to uncover areas for improvements and innovationOversee implementation of new processes and proceduresInvestigate and troubleshoot any problems that arise with processes, procedures, and operationsClearly communicate ideas and findings to management and colleaguesThis position has has a competitive compensation range, strong benefits and bonus eligibility
