This role offers the opportunity to enhance customer service skills, contribute to a positive shopping experience, while supporting our Adult Rehabilitation Program.

    Join us as our Assistant Store Manager

    • Partner with the Store Manager in day-to-day operations
    • Provide coaching and training to Store Employees
    • Maintain good customer relations and efficient service
    • Ensure store meets ARC Merchandising Standards
    • Implement appropriate loss prevention measures
    • Additional duties as directed by Management

    Qualifications for the Role

    • High School diploma/GED or equivalent
    • Minimum of 2 years' previous Retail Management experience
    • Experience in POS/Cash Register operations
    • Valid Driver's license and insurance
    • Must pass a background check
    • Effective communication skills

    Physical Requirements

    • Varying physical demands such as sitting, standing, bending, lifting
    • Ability to move products up to 50lbs
    • Performing repetitive motion tasks
    • Flexible and adaptable to different tasks

    Work Schedule

    Our stores operate 7 days a week, and schedules are flexible. Full-time associates may work evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure adequate store coverage.
