    Description
    We're seeking passionate, mission-driven Oncologists to join our physician-led multispecialty group. With over 500 providers, at Saint Alphonsus we take a multidisciplinary approach to patient care. Our practice is QOPI certified and accredited with the Commission on Cancer through the American College of Physicians.

    As part of our team, you'll work alongside a robust team of hematology/oncology physicians, bringing cutting-edge treatments to our communities.

    Our integrated program boasts leading surgical expertise, including the State's only fellowship-trained surgical oncologist.

    We also take pride in our innovative programs, including lung cancer screening, lung nodule clinic, advancements in neuro oncology, and robust clinical trials through the Montana Cancer Consortium.


    Support:

    Full-service cancer center with medical, radiation, and surgical oncology offers integrative care team support with nurse navigators, social work support, genetics counseling, and nutritionist.

    Dedicated 10-bed inpatient unit at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise.

    Weekly tumor boards provide opportunity to collaborate with our fellowship trained surgeons in breast, plastic/reconstruction, GYN oncology, colorectal, neurosurgery, thoracic and esophageal.

    Innovative programs include lung cancer screening, lung nodule clinic, neuro oncology, and robust clinical trials through the Montana Cancer Consortium.

    Primary care providers in key geographic locations throughout the Treasure Valley support this specialized team.

    RequirementsDoctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
    Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine residency program & Medical Oncology/Hematology fellowship
    Board certified or obtain such certification within 3 years of employment
    Obtain Oregon and Idaho medical licensure and granting of privileges at SAMC- Nampa, SARMC - Boise and other health system affiliated hospitals as needed
    Valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy and DEA.
