- Act as a bridge between project leadership, the project team, and executive management.
- Oversee project team dynamics and customer relations.
- Facilitate interactions with clients and oversee subcontractors to guarantee project success.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management.
- Must possess experience in Manufacturing or Industrial sectors.
- Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
- Familiarity with the principles of lean manufacturing.
