- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that compliance and risk management practices are integrated into business processes and decision-making.
- Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure that compliance programs are up-to-date and effective.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters, including ethical conduct, data privacy, and security protocols.
- Conduct internal audits and reviews to assess compliance with policies and identify areas for improvement.
- Investigate compliance breaches and develop corrective action plans to address deficiencies.
- Prepare and submit regulatory filings and reports as required.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and external auditors.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to support special projects and initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional, Certified Risk Manager) preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to the telecommunications industry.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess and mitigate risks effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Strong ethical values and a commitment to integrity and professionalism.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability and willingness to travel independently.
