Unit Description:
Our Lead Registered Nurse at Porter Medical Center's
Primary Care Team:
Is directly responsible for attending to patient's nursing needs in the office setting and over the phone.
Cares for and treats patients according to the standards of nursing practice.
Our RN will demonstrate a pleasant disposition to patients, families, and coworkers.
Patient confidentiality will be maintained at all times.
The Lead Nurse functions as a leader of the clinical support staff at the practice.
Must practice in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulations.
Our Primary Care Lead RN will work Monday through Friday, in our Middlebury based office. On-call: Not required
