Commercial Sales Manager

Our dealership is currently searching for a seasoned individual to join our team as Fleet Sales Manager. The ideal candidate should have prior experience with fleet sales and/or retail automotive sales.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain a database of active leads and build relationships with those leads
  
• Follow dealership sales processes and comply with all ethical standards to meet Commercial Sales goals
  
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company and manufacturer standards
  
• Engages in business development Properly completes paperwork accompanying vehicle sales
  
• Address customer concerns Ensure quality deliveries of all fleet sales
  
• Engage customer after a sale for follow-up
  
• Other job duties as assigned by your manager
  

Requirements

• Fleet sales and/or retail automotive experience; management experience preferred but not required
  
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
  
• Motivated individual with a passion and drive for unlimited earning potential
  
• Must have a valid driver license and a clean driving record and be deemed insurable to drive by our insurance company
  
• Must complete a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening
