    Job Type Full-timeDescriptionASE Automotive Technician - Shelby Summary:On-site Calibration Technicians are responsible for completing a wide range of Advanced Driver Assistance System Calibrations by following OE specifications and repair standards

    Roles & Responsibilities:
    Customer service focused, ability to develop relationships and deliver exceptional customer servicePerform static and dynamic ADAS Calibrations on foreign, domestic and EV (electric) vehicles onsite or at customer locationsTroubleshoot complex calibration repairsTest drive vehicles after repairs are completedAdequately explain ADAS calibration specifications and repair planning needs; to include collision repair center personnel, insurance adjusters, and direct customersBasic knowledge of how to remove and install vehicle parts - Example: Bumper, trim panels, mirrorsComplete pre and post scans with OE and/or aftermarket tools, communicate outcome effectivelyAfter training completion, must be able to complete static and dynamic calibrations per OE specificationsCommunicate with field team to ensure efficiency and productivityResponsible for ensuring tooling software updates are completed immediatelyAccountable for assigned inventory (including vehicles, mobile devices, laptops, OE scan tools, VCI, other equipment provided)Participate in virtual (online) training sessions as neededComplete assigned training and certifications as neededDevelop and maintain excellent customer relationships by following our company standards and core valuesMaintain a well-organized work areaPerform other related duties as assigned


    RequirementsQualifications, Education & Experience:
    1-year automotive repair experience preferred but not requiredAutomotive repair experience preferred but not requiredTrade school experience a plusASE or I-CAR certifications a plusAbility to learn and understand collision repair processes and terminologySuccessfully complete ADAS Calibration TrainingUnderstanding of technology & basic software programsAbility to learn Aftermarket and OEM diagnostic scan tools and factory softwareKnowledge and ability to use computers, mobile devices, and related technology efficientlyTravel may be required for continuing education and certification trainingSelf -motivated, positive attitude, with a customer focused visionCentral Scanning (Prefer someone that has experience with factory scan tools and programming modules)

    Requirements:
