Experience in Tier 1 and Tier 2 service providers as Data PM
Experience with Insurance domain experience- Commercial/Personal lines

Role Responsibilities

Strategize implement and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives and own Enterprise Data Management
Establish robust data governance framework and drive adoption, adherence, and discipline
Work closely with project sponsors cross-functional teams and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope deliverables required resources work plan budget and timing for new initiatives
Understand organization's data driven needs and translate them into actionable items for execution/delivery
Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
nalyze evaluate and overcome program risks and produce program reports and Adhoc reports for management and stakeholders
Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction quality and performance
Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors

Review, evaluate and implement data management software with broad understanding on analytics, machine learning, AI, data visualization and dashboards etc.

ble to champion data literary across the organization and drive standardized adoption across all units
Manage communication and expectations with Senior Management level execs (VPs)
Establish key data metrics and implement process/governance for tracking, measuring, and reporting
Lead and Facilitate conversation with all impacted stakeholders - Executives, Business Groups, Data Engineers, Data Analyst, product teams and anyone who consumes the data

Skillset - Must have

Strong Industry knowledge & experience in Personal & Commercial Insurance domain
Working experience as Program Manager leading Enterprise level Data Analytics programs
Working experience & knowledge on DB management systems (SQL, Oracle & other Open Source DBs)
Technical execution capabilities in ETL for Data Management
Know how on latest tools/trends available for a modern data stack (i.e. data source, discovery, storage, visualization, Ingestion, Warehousing, Transformation and BI)
For e.g., Databricks, Talend, Fivetran, Stitch, Snowflake, Redshift, dbt, Looker, Metabase, Redash, Secoda etc.
ccelerate data literacy and data maturity within the organization
Work with various stakeholders and data team to produce high-quality data products to drive business insights led growth
bility to map out data personas and consumer profiles

Skillset - Nice to have

Exposure to Cloud platforms e.g., Azure or AWS or GCP
Wide range of 3rd party product knowledge related to data management software's
Vendor/Product evaluation for best fit solution
Working experience with using/managing some of the latest/modern data stack platforms
