Job summary
We are hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). The LPN will work with pediatric and adult patients in their own homes. The job requires utilization of the nursing process to assess patient care, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders,- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
