Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare and cook fried menu items with precision, ensuring consistent quality and presentation
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including fryers, ovens, and other cooking appliances
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times
- Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients for meal service
- Support the team during busy service periods by managing dishwashing duties promptly
- Help uphold sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Previous experience in a food industry setting, including restaurant or catering environments preferred
- Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and proper hygiene practices
- Basic culinary skills such as knife handling, food preparation, and cooking techniques
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward learning new skills
- Prior dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus but not required
