    Job Description


    American Traveler is hiring a Home Health Occupational Therapist with at least 1 year of OT experience and a background in home health for a day shift, Monday–Friday contract position with rotating weekends.

    Responsibilities

    • Home health setting serving a primary care patient population
    • Day shift, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday through Friday with rotating weekends
    • 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
    • Mileage between patient visits is reimbursed
    • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes as part of a home-based primary care program
    • No local candidates within a 50-mile radius of the facility will be considered

    Requirements

    • Current, active OT license (license required if applicable)
    • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
    • Home health experience required
    • Current BLS certification required
    • Illinois state license required
    • Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
