    • Break down (Trim) beef, pork, and poultry into various cuts
    • Cut, debone or grind various types of meats.
    • Weigh out portions with +/- .5 oz. discrepancies.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work stations and areas.
    • Follow all rules and regulations of our HACCP.
    • Maintain a high-pace cutting room environment.
