- Review, track, and schedule employee training
- Be the system expert on the web-based safety system
- Maintain procurement websites such as Avetta, ISNetworld, Veriforce, etc.
- Produce metrics and identify trends based on safety system data
- Create key performance indicators, graphs, spreadsheets, and present to senior leadership
- Collaborate with management and job leads to compile job-specific information
- Prepare monthly safety reports including incident history, TRIR, DART
- Assist in clerical duties like filing, scheduling, writing reports, etc.
- Support DOT Compliance Manager in DOT compliance program
- Work with various databases such as SDS Online, clothing programs, etc.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years working with safety systems and databases
- Minimum 2 years experience with Workers' compensation and liability cases
- Knowledge of safety terminology and rate indicators
- Familiarity with Federal, State, and Provincial safety regulations
- Valid, Active Driver's License
- Team facilitation skills for cross-functional settings
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and travel occasionally
