    Job Description
    Oversees property staff.
    Conducts periodic apartment inspections.
    Conducts weekly inspection of the property and prepares a summary report of the property activity, conditions observed and traffic.
    Addresses and resolves any emergencies that arise.
    Showcases available apartments and processes applications for prospective residents.
    Approves invoices for payments.
    Walks the property regularly to inspect for cleanliness and curb appeal.
    Effectively manages maintenance technicians.
    Regularly communicates with residents on an as-needed basis.
    Reviews expenses and assists in the preparation of annual budget requirements.
    Handles resident rent collections and delinquencies, late notices and posting rents.
    Consistently provides residents with the highest quality of service and support.
    Other duties as assigned by your supervisor or senior management as needed.

    Qualifications:
    Qualifications
    Minimum of three years of property management experience

    (Required)

    Must have excellent computer skills as well as proficiency in the following software programs:
    Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
    Ability to organize and problem-solve
    Strong written and oral interpersonal and communication skills.
    Strong time management, follow up, administrative and organizational skills.
    Ability to work independently, organizes tasks, manage time, and prioritize projects.

    Property:
    Radcliff Place (135 units)

    Schedule:
    Monday - Friday ( 8am - 5pm )

    Pay:
    $33 - $36 hourly
