About the Role:
The Senior Director of Programs plays a crucial role in overseeing programs such as the Lemon Law Arbitration Program, Home Improvement Contractor Program, Do Not Call Registry, and Data Breach Notification within the OCABR. Reporting to the Chief of Staff & Assistant General Counsel, the SDP is responsible for guiding daily regulatory activities, providing policy guidance, and supervising staff.
The SDP collaborates with various departments, including Communications, Outreach, Legislative Affairs, and General Counsel, to ensure effective program management, press responses, and regulatory compliance.
