    Responsibilities as an Automotive Technician include:

    • Performing various routine automotive maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, transmission flushes, air conditioner recharges, front-end alignments, battery installations, headlight/taillight replacements, and more.
    • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry standards and practices in automotive repair.
    • Conducting thorough diagnostic procedures to identify customers' issues accurately and offer precise repair suggestions.
    • Inspecting vehicles to ensure they meet the state's emissions and safety requirements.
    • Executing necessary repairs and test-driving vehicles to confirm their reliability.
    • Keeping detailed and precise records for both customers and internal purposes.
    • Ensuring cleanliness and safety in the work environment to promote equipment durability and workplace well-being.
    • Operating a diverse range of vehicles, including cars, light trucks, and vans, with proficiency in driving both manual and automatic transmissions.
    • Must hold a valid driver's license.

    Requirements:

    • Preferably certified from a vocational school or completion of an apprenticeship.
    • Demonstrated experience as an auto mechanic.
    • Proficiency in vehicle diagnostic systems and methodologies.
    • Commitment to following all safety protocols to prevent accidents and handle hazardous substances effectively.
    • Valid Inspector License.
