    Bojangles General ManagersAre you a highly skilled and motivated individual looking for an exciting opportunity as a General Manager at Bojangles?     And from those in our corporate support center to the master biscuit makers in each store, we all know that together we can accomplish anything.


    Responsibilities:


    Hire, train, and manage a team of employees, including shift leaders and crew membersEnsure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding food safety and sanitationMaintain inventory levels and order supplies as neededMonitor and analyze financial performance, including sales and expenses, and make adjustments as necessary to meet or exceed targetsImplement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase brand awarenessProvide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional mannerMaintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and employeesPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:At least 3-5 years of experience in a management role in the restaurant or food service industryDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate a teamStrong organizational and communication skillsKnowledge of food safety regulations and proceduresAbility to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
