    Expectations:


    Under the direct supervision of a pharmacist, performs all assigned tasks and services related to medication distribution in an accurate, timely and safe manner.

    Obtains experience in various aspects of hospital practice and ambulatory care. Maintains current California Intern Pharmacist license. This position may require flexibility of hours.


    EDUCATION:


    Candidate for the Doctorate of Pharmacy degree, with at least one year successfully completed from an accredited school of pharmacy.

    Diploma or transcripts on highest degree earned required.


    EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
    None required.


    LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:

    Required:
    Current Intern Pharmacist License issued by California State Board of Pharmacy


    SKILLS:
    Aseptic Technique, Chemotherapy Compounding Certification, Competency in specialized equipment (Automated Dispensing and Cadet Unit Dosing Machines)
