- Deliver comprehensive instruction on welding techniques including MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-Cored Arc.
- Teach students how to operate and maintain welding equipment such as welders and manual grinders.
- Provide guidance on reading and interpreting blueprints for welding projects.
- Demonstrate proper welding setups for production and ensure students understand safety protocols.
- Incorporate ERP software and basic computer skills into the training curriculum.
- Assist students in obtaining necessary certifications, such as ISO 9001 and ITAR registration.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively convey welding concepts and provide feedback to students.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to continuously improve the welding training program.
- 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong understanding of welding processes and techniques.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining various welding equipment including robotic welders, laser welders, MIG welders, TIG welders, stick welders, and flux-cored arc welders.
- Welding Certifications (CWI, etc.) and Education
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints for welding projects.
- Familiarity with ERP software and basic computer skills.
- Experience with ISO 9001 certification and ITAR registration.
