Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Heavy Civil Estimator / Project Manager to lead the planning, estimating, and execution of civil construction and excavation projects.The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in heavy civil construction and exceptional negotiation skills.

- Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs cost estimates for labor materials equipment subcontracted work
