    We have an opportunity for a Pediatric Advanced Practice Clinician at our Lincoln Avenue Medical-Dental Clinic in Yakima, WA

    Who we are looking for:
    An experienced Advanced Practice Clinician passionate about community health and family medicine, with a focus on pediatric patients.
    A healthcare professional committed to working with underserved patient populations.


    Position Details:
    Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community
    Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care
    1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)
    EMR system is EPIC

    Clinic Operational Hours:
    Monday ? Friday, 7:30 am ? 7:00 pm; Saturday, 9:00 am ? 4:00 pm


    Position Highlights:
    Base compensation $132k - $149k per year.

    Additional earnings from productivity and patient satisfaction measures should be expected.
    $15k Hiring Bonus

    4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xayla, Guatemala

    Qualifications:


    To be considered for this position, you must complete a Master's or Doctoral Degree -Nurse Practitioner or Master's Degree - Physician Assistant or Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and a two-year Physician Assistant training program.
