    This is a full-time exempt, benefits eligible, 40 hour per week position.

    Note: This is a temporary, project based position that will end no later than November 30, 2025.

    Basic Function:

    Responsible for supporting various HR functions, including but not limited to fully skilled recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits and compensation administration support, leave management, and HR program and policy development. This role requires a consultative and strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a strong understanding of HR best practices.

    Essential Job Functions:
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment , selection and hiring process, including oversight of the approval process for job postings via the ATS and advertising.
    • Provide recruitment expertise and consultation to hiring managers and search committee members on organizational processes, policies, and HR best practices.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop strategic recruitment plans to attract qualified candidates.
    • Collect, analyze, and report on HR data to make data-driven recommendations.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers on the performance management process and employee development initiatives.
    • Provide support to administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs. Assist with employee inquiries.
    • Conduct compensation analyses in accordance with internal practices and available market data.
    • Provide support to the leave management process. Ensures that employees are aware of their responsibilities and of any documentation and notice required to qualify for and to take leave in accordance with Denison policy and employment regulations.
    • May support employee relations issues by mitigating and responding to complaints or issues of dispute.
    • Other duties as assigned.


    Minimum Qualifications:

    Bachelor's Degree and at least five years of experience supporting multiple functions within human resources.

    Additional Information:

    This is a project based position intended to provide backfill coverage to office operations during implementation of the Workday ERP. This position will end no later than November 30, 2025.
